Terms and Conditions

By subscribing to or using Ghatail Online’s internet service, the customer agrees to the following terms:

• Customers must provide accurate name, address, mobile number, identification and other required information during registration.
• The connection may only be used at the registered address and under the approved package.
• Residential connections must not be resold, commercially redistributed or shared outside the registered premises without written permission from Ghatail Online.
• Customers must not use the service for hacking, fraud, spam, malware distribution, illegal content, cyberattacks or any activity prohibited under the laws of Bangladesh.
• The customer is responsible for all activities performed through their internet connection, Wi-Fi network and connected devices.
• Internet service is generally provided on a prepaid basis. Monthly bills must be paid before the service expiry date.
• Service may be automatically suspended if payment is not received within the applicable billing period.
• Installation, package changes, relocation, reconnection and additional technical work may be subject to applicable charges.
• Internet speed and performance may vary depending on Wi-Fi conditions, customer devices, internal cabling, destination servers, upstream providers, maintenance, fibre cuts, power failures and other external factors.
• Ghatail Online does not guarantee the performance or availability of third-party websites, applications, gaming servers, streaming platforms or cloud services.
• Customers must keep their router password, Wi-Fi password and account credentials secure.
• Any ONU, router, cable or equipment provided on loan or rental remains the property of Ghatail Online and must not be modified, relocated, reset or damaged without permission.
• Ghatail Online may temporarily interrupt the service for planned maintenance, emergency repairs, network security, regulatory requirements or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
• Customers must provide reasonable access to their premises when installation, inspection, maintenance or fault resolution is required.
• Ghatail Online may suspend or terminate a connection due to non-payment, false information, unauthorized resale, equipment tampering, illegal use, network abuse or violation of these terms.
• Customers wishing to change, suspend or cancel their service must submit a request through an authorized Ghatail Online support or billing channel.
• Package prices, speeds, features and service conditions may be revised according to business, technical or regulatory requirements. Customers will be informed through an official communication channel where appropriate.
• These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Bangladesh and the rules, directives and licensing requirements of BTRC and other competent authorities.

Ghatail Online reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Continued use of the service after an update will be considered acceptance of the revised terms.
