Return and Refund Policy

Ghatail Online provides internet connectivity and related services on a prepaid basis. As these are service-based products, payments made for activated or delivered services are generally non-returnable and non-refundable.

Installation, activation, monthly package, fibre, configuration and other completed service charges are non-refundable.

A refund may only be considered in exceptional cases, such as a verified duplicate payment, incorrect payment or payment made to the wrong customer account. The customer must provide valid payment proof and transaction details for verification.

Any approved refund will be subject to review and the applicable payment-provider processing time.

Dear Customer, Ghatail Online is committed to providing reliable and uninterrupted internet service. Please pay your monthly bill in advance before the service expiry date to avoid automatic suspension.
